    Ooo, good to know the cleansing properties/uses. I already adore sea salt in food (esp on chocolate! who knew?!) but had no idea how versatile it was.

    Sea salt is also great for getting the garlic smell off your hands after you’ve been cutting fresh cloves. I hate that the smell can linger for like 12 hours, long after several dips in soap and water. Rubbing a tablespoon of sea salt in your hands first without water, then with a little water after cutting garlic removes the smell… like magic!
