Sunday Stroll With Shosh & Laz

Josh and I went on a walk down the Dequindre Cut yesterday and what started off as me just wanting to take some photos of the trees in bloom turned into a photoshoot of who can make the most ‘yea, I’m not in on the joke anymore’ face and me obsessing over what my hair can do in the wind.

Sometimes we pretend we’re an old angry couple from the Bronx named Shoshanah and Lazarus (that’s Shosh and Laz to you) where I yell at him for never taking me to the casino and he tells me he’s going to take me out for a nice lunch of free samples at Sam’s Club (how’s the cheap bastard gonna do that without a MEMBERSHIP, huh?). When one of your favorite things to do is stuff your purse with condiment packets at fast food restaurants, it really pays to just pretend you’re a senile old lady that’s completely lost her shit. Everyone assumes I’m 70 and use really good moisturizer. Free hot sauce and mayonnaise for everyone!

Oh and back here on Earth, Josh finally set up his Etsy shop with some paintings and prints he’s had in various shows and galleries, so you should check it out if you please. He’s a very talented boy.

LOL at your imaginary identities. Y’all are too cute. And I love that pic of you making the face and pulling out your hair to the sides! :)
